Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective. If a defect is verified, Medico Equipment will promptly send a replacement along with a prepaid return label or UPS call tag.

Defective Items: All items must be confirmed as defective by the manufacturer. Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

Most orders are shipped via ground at a flat rate. For expedited shipping or shipping discounts for large quantity orders, please contact us by email for a quote.
